Kovely Cookie Policy

1. What this covers
This policy explains what Kovely stores in your browser when you visit kovely.co or use the Kovely app, including the tenant and contractor pages opened from a link or QR code. "Cookies" here includes similar browser storage, such as local storage and session storage.
Kovely is operated by RESIDENT AI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO. Our Privacy Notice at kovely.co/privacy explains how personal information is used more generally.
2. The short version
Kovely only stores what is needed to make the website and app work. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies, and we do not let other companies track you across sites.
Because everything we store is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever want to add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before anything non-essential is stored.
3. What we store and why

4. Older versions of the app
Older versions of the tenant pages saved contact details and a history of report references in browser storage. The current app no longer does this. It removes those old values the next time it runs in that browser. It cannot clear a device that has not opened Kovely since.
5. Your choices
You can clear cookies and site data for kovely.co in your browser settings at any time. Doing so signs you out of the app and ends any tenant session in that browser. Blocking browser storage entirely will stop sign-in and tenant reporting from working.
Someone using your unlocked browser may be able to access an active session, so sign out or close the page on shared devices.
6. Changes
We will publish the current version and effective date here. If we start using anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
